Rolling Masterplan /

An open international masterplan competition for the city of Åndalsnes. The competition entry proposes to use the old industry train tracks for a new kind of infrastructure carrying mobile buildings that can be rolled back and forth depending on seasons and situations. The competition entry was awarded third prize.
